Story- Raju (Mahesh Babu) is a taxi driver. Whenever he meets Subhashini aka Subbu (Anushka Shetty), he suffers a huge loss to his taxi. After one such encounter, Raju gets hospitalized. After his return from hospital, he takes two people (a geologist and his assistant, Dilaver Singh)in his
taxi. The geologist forgets his wallet in the taxi and Raju follows him into the building to return it. To his shock, someone shoots and kills the geologist. The geologist's assistant, in a bid to escape, jumps from the window and dies, destroying Raju's taxi in the process. Raju's manager suggests that Raju go to Rajasthan, give Dilaver's life insurance money to his family, and ask them to reimburse the cost of his taxi's repairs.
